Can we get your free samples ?
Yes, you can. Our samples are free for the customers who confirm our quotations. But the freight for express is borne by buyer, it can be refunded after order is placed.

Can you produce bottles according to our design ?
Yes, we could produce models according to cutsomer's design.

Can we do printing or label printing on the bottles ?
Yes, you can. we can offer various printing methods: label printing, ACL screen printing, hot stamping, decal printing, hot transfer printing,frost,etc. As to printing colors: Colors can be made according to Pantone color number.

What is the normal sample making time ?
For stock products, the products will be sent within 5 days after receiving payment. for new design, the samples making time is around 30 days.

How do you control the quality ?
There are advanced auto machine on-line inspection, light box worker inspection and manual spot check in the production process.

If any defective bottles, how can you settle it for us ?
We will make up for the defective bottles from the next order.
